Outdoor art project comes to Yoyogi Park’s Panorama Plaza December 4–27

Announced September 15, the first MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL Annex presents three artists’ works from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The first MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL Annex will take place at Yoyogi Park’s Panorama Plaza from December 4–27, 2026, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced the outdoor art project on September 15 and co-organizes it with the festival’s executive committee.

Dan Isomura, Shota Yamauchi and Shu Yonezawa will participate. The organizer describes video in which figures transform into clusters of light, a structure responding to visitors and its surroundings, and a mural that changes in appearance between day and night. The outdoor setting brings the works into the paths of people walking through the park.

The venue is Panorama Plaza inside Yoyogi Park, 2-1 Yoyogi Kamizono-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The organizer asks visitors to use public transportation.
